We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers while ensuring accurate order processing, inventory knowledge, and issue resolution skills. The ideal candidate will have esperience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems, strong analytical and mathmattical skills and the ability to manage customer accounts efficiently. This person must be versatile as they will have responsibility for multiple customers.
Customer Service Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner while providing detailed trouble shooting for orders. Possess a keen understanding of the products and services that we provide. Exhibit an above average skill level in MS Excel. Problem solver for customer issues. Process customer orders, returns, credits, and ship orders accurately. Build strong relationships with customers and provide open communication channels with the company. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI errors and customer discrepancies by collaborating with intern departments. Verify customer's complaints and provide solution or communicate to upper management. Investigate and resolve Edi error and customer discrepancies by collaborating with internal departments. Analyze customer accounts, sales data, and order trends to identify and resolve issues. Perform mathematical calculations related to pricing, discounts, taxes, freight charges and inventory reconciliations. Maintain accurate customer records in ERP system. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare reports and provide data analysis to support customer service improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLA's). Other duties as assignedCustomer Service Requirements:
College Degree in Business, Finance or accounting preferred 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or retail. Cutomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculation accurately. Exhibit an above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets and data analysis. Experience using ERP systems such as JDE. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross functionally with transportation, shipping and warehouse teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of Department of Transportation Regulations a plus Familiarization with manufacturing environment a plus General Knowledge ofISO 9001

Prior experience in manufacturing, shipping or warehousing environments. Prior knowledge of order management systems and supply chain processes. Prior experience with inventory management.About Us:
