DISPATCHER/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate HVAC service, installs & maintenance agreements and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Your proactive communication skills and logistical expertise will ensure smooth operations. This position offers a vital link between our logistics operations and customer satisfaction, requiring a blend of analysis skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for efficient planning. Duties Coordinate dispatching of service technicians and installers. Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette. Utilize GPS to optimize routes, and provide updates to clients. Enter data accurately into systems like FieldEdge and Quickbooks to maintain up-to-date records. Assist with pulling parts & filters for technicians. Provide analysis on logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements. Proven experience in dispatching and customer service. Proficiency in Excel & Word a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and dispatching tasks.
