In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Communicate product information effectively to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
