As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. At Jerry Seiner, you'll find: A supportive and team-oriented culture Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Competitive compensation with performance incentives A stable, respected dealership group with a proven track record of success What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally Conduct vehicle walkarounds and document customer concerns Create and manage repair orders accurately Communicate service recommendations and obtain repair approvals Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow Provide timely updates throughout the repair process Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through pickup Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Help drive service department sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Proven sales and upselling abilities Working knowledge of automotive systems and repairs Excellent organizational and administrative skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications Chevrolet or General Motors experience CDK or dealership management software experience Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales performance Success in This Role The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
