Customer Service Representative:
Answer incoming calls from Arizona state employees and retirees. Provide accurate and professional assistance regarding Open Enrollment 2027 . Respond to customer questions and explain benefits-related information clearly. Assist callers in resolving questions or concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
