Customer Service Representative:

Answer incoming calls from Arizona state employees and retirees. Provide accurate and professional assistance regarding Open Enrollment 2027 . Respond to customer questions and explain benefits-related information clearly. Assist callers in resolving questions or concerns and provide appropriate guidance. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout each interaction. Required Skills 1 year of call center experience Preferred Skills Open enrollment or benefits experience
