While we have all the toys for our team to use, what sets us apart is an unwavering commitment to looking after each other, our clients, and their pets. We're a tight-knit team focused on setting the bar high in veterinary medicine and creating a great experience for our clients too. We are located in Fort Mohave, Arizona. We don't like to brag, but we think our area is pretty awesome. Located on the Colorado River means you can enjoy water activities and warm temperatures for most of the year while being part of a tight-knit community that takes care of each other too. Client Service Representative What You'll Be Working On Engage and communicate with clients Answer phone calls, emails, and app requests Client education and guidance on proper pet care Assisting with admitting, discharging, and handling transactions Schedule management Manage patient information with our veterinary software system Be up for the wild card! We work as team and like to have fun! Qualifications Experience as a veterinary client service representative preferred 1 year experience in customer service Ability to work Sundays Highly motivated, with a desire to be 'knock your socks off' amazing Commitment to learn and grow Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail What's In It For You An amazing team to work with!
