Join Our Team! We're looking for a friendly, professional Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll create memorable experiences by delivering top-notch service for both Spa and Hotel guests.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience. Assign rooms accurately, issue keys, and handle billing at checkout. Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and care. Scheduling and working knowledge of spa treatments. Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations. Resolve guest concerns and accommodate special requests whenever possible. Maintain a balanced cash register and reconcile transactions. Assist with lobby coverage and basic troubleshooting for in-room services.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using spa management software and basic computer applications. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
