In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with scheduling medical appointments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced call center environment, delivers exceptional service, and maintains accuracy while managing multiple scheduling systems. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in a call center setting Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and reminders (as needed) Provide professional, "white glove" customer service on every interaction Match customer needs with the appropriate provider, specialty, and appointment type Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling systems Stay informed on provider schedules, availability, and office procedures Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and service quality Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a call center environment ( required ) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently Strong organizational skills Experience in CRM'S Ability to multi task across multiple web based platforms Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (typing test required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with appointment scheduling (preferred) Compensation & Benefits $18.00/hour base pay + $1.00/hour performance-based bonus (attendance) Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing on Day 1 of training Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Work Environment In-person position Fast-paced, team-driven call center setting with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
