Customer Service Assistant

We are a high-volume, fast-paced dealership looking for a dependable Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations and help deliver a great customer experience. This role is critical to keeping communication clear, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally Schedule and manage customer appointments Contact customers with updates on their vehicle status Handle and organize customer vehicle keys Communicate between vendors and customers to ensure timely service Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional manner Occasionally transport vehicles to and from vendors Maintain accurate customer information in

CRM Requirements:

Reliable and punctual (attendance is critical) Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person) Organized and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay:

$15.15 per hour
