Job Description

Customer Service Representative Join our dedicated team at CHC Facilities as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our healthcare centers. If you are personable, organized, and committed to providing a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner Respond to patient inquiries and requests promptly and courteously Perform clerical duties related to the day-to-day operations of the front office Update and organize patient information in charts accurately and efficiently Answer multiline telephones in a professional manner, directing calls as appropriate Assist with appointment scheduling and maintenance tasks using EPM or similar systems Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and appointment scheduling software Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction
