Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints, problems, and requests promptly
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using phone systems for customer communication
- Experience in transportation planning and management is a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management software preferred
- Ability to analyze shipping and receiving data effectively
- Strong typing skills for data entry tasks
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating logistics operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position offers a competitive salary with benefits package.
