We are seeking candidates to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative / Print Production position. This position is responsible for entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you how to use. Duties will also include, but are not limited to: custom quoting, customer correspondence through the order process, filing, vendor relations and assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations. Although we are looking for candidates with previous relevant experience, we will train the right person. We are looking for quality of character over experience. Qualifications required for consideration for the position: Very strong eye for detail. Exceptional math, analytical and mechanical aptitude. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. An interest in print and promotional product design and production. Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment. Print approved customer files for various types of jobs. Finish printed files according to the job specs and work orders. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
