Client Services - Public Safety Financial Division Job Overview The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for accurately processing account paperwork, managing client inquiries and requests, and supporting the sales team in delivering excellent service to clients. This role ensures efficient client onboarding, transaction processing, and service support by coordinating closely with advisors and internal teams. Our Public Safety Financial division supports first responders, government employees, military personnel, and their families with retirement planning, including DROP programs, pensions, investments, education planning, benefits, and more, backed by Modern Wealth Management's full suite of financial services. Key Responsibilities Generate and process account paperwork for prospects and clients using DocuSign and paper forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with advisors to support complex client requests and assist in resolving client issues or concerns promptly. Follow up with clients and external financial institutions regarding the status of account transfers and resolve discrepancies as needed. Manage the new account onboarding process, working with the operations assistant and billing team to ensure client fee updates are processed correctly and required documentation is completed. Maintain and prioritize a queue of paperwork requests while providing regular updates to clients and the sales team on the status of pending items. Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions within investment accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies or irregularities. Process client service requests and assist with client review preparation as assigned by the sales team. Ensure all required fields in Salesforce are completed accurately and promptly to maintain data integrity and support reporting needs. Follow established service processes and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Process incoming deposits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of funds. Utilize financial planning software to update client information and account details as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a client service, operations, or administrative role within the financial services industry highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
