Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic contact center team, where your passion for customer support and excellent communication skills will drive exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our multilingual team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and promote our products and services. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and professional assistance in multiple languages as needed Assist customers with order processing, product information, troubleshooting, and account management to ensure a seamless experience Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues effectively Support clients by handling cash transactions or refunds when necessary, adhering to cash handling procedures Analyze customer data to identify trends or areas for improvement, contributing to ongoing process enhancements Qualifications Fluency in English and at least one additional language; bilingual abilities are highly valued Prior experience in call center operations, customer support, or client services preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Knowledge of call center etiquette, phone handling techniques, and analysis skills for problem-solving Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed Join us in creating memorable customer experiences!
