In this role, you will organize and distribute benefit materials, lead virtual meetings to educate individuals on available options, and address any questions or concerns related to benefits. You will oversee customer support and assist with the presentation and sale of various programs, including medical, disability, retirement, and supplemental benefits. Additionally, you will help resolve benefit-related issues efficiently, ensure customers remain informed about available benefits and wellness programs, and maintain a strong understanding of company campaigns, partnerships, and enrollment processes.
Qualifications:
