$20-$24/hour + performance incentives

Schedule :

Monday-Friday, full-time Be the First Impression That Sets the Standard We're hiring a Customer Service Representative who takes pride in delivering a professional and positive experience with every interaction. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a strong team, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails Schedule service appointments and support dispatch Make outbound calls to customers and maintenance members Maintain accurate customer records Assist with reporting and admin tasks Help keep the office organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service or admin experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organization Positive, team-oriented attitude
