Job Description

Job description: Yavapai Humane Society is currently hiring for an Animal & Customer Care Specialist position. This position entails daily kennel cleaning, animal feeding, customer service, and "meet & greets" with potential adopters to help our animals find their forever homes.
Critical Demands:
Regular and punctual attendance is required. Sufficient computer literacy to work in online systems Provide positive customer interactions This position requires a lot of extended standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pulling and bending as well as handling animals. Must be able to lift and carry, pull or push 50 lbs. This position handles a high volume of animals and customers and may be exposed to heat, cold, and sudden temperature changes as well as wet surfaces, noise, animal odors and dander . Job Type:
Part Time - may go Full Time in the future. Full Time Employees are eligible for a full benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vison, EAP, Company Paid Life Insurance, Company Paid Short Term Disability Insurance, IRA with Company Match, Vacation time and Sick Time , Company Discounts.
Pay:
