LIGHT THERAPY CLINIC ASSISTANT / CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST

The Vibe Within is looking for one or two dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing red light therapy clinic. This opportunity may be especially well suited for a college student pursuing nutrition, dietetics, exercise science, kinesiology, health sciences, wellness, or a related field. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred. HOURS Approximately 10-40 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to open and/or close the clinic when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome clients and create a positive, professional experience Open and/or close the clinic Follow up with prospective clients and incoming leads Answer questions and educate clients about our services and products Schedule and confirm appointments Support membership and product sales Maintain accurate client information and follow-up notes Process payments and assist with client accounts Clean, organize, and maintain the clinic and treatment areas Help ensure daily operations run smoothly Protect confidential business and client information

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Dependable, trustworthy, loyal, and professional Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with people Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills Comfortable following up with leads and discussing memberships and products Organized, motivated, and able to work independently Willing to learn about red light therapy and explain it clearly and responsibly Previous sales, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus Experience using Vagaro for scheduling, client management, or payments is a plus Able to maintain client confidentiality and sign a nondisclosure agreement

Pay:
