Job Description
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions for a contract assignment based in Prescott, Arizona. In this role, you will handle a high volume of phone-based inquiries, provide timely assistance, and help coordinate appointments with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide clear, courteous support for a range of service-related questions.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers, confirm information, or assist with scheduling needs.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars by entering, updating, and verifying scheduling details accurately.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure records remain current and useful for ongoing service activities.
- Resolve routine issues efficiently while escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Deliver a detail-oriented customer experience by listening carefully, identifying needs, and offering helpful solutions. Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar accuracy.
- Comfortable using computer systems to enter information and track customer interactions.
- Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced support setting.
