Job Description

Client Support Representative (CSR)
  • Queen Creek, AZ The Yard Experts | Maintenance Division Full-time | In-office | Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM with team meetings Wednesday mornings at 6am You Are the First Voice Our Clients Hear At The Yard Experts, we compete on quality, not price.
Our clients choose us because they want the job done right. As our Client Support Representative, you are the front door. The tone you set on that first call shapes everything that follows. This is not a job for someone who wants to sit quietly and answer emails. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and genuinely cares about leaving every caller better than they found them. What You Will Be Doing Your primary job is to convert inbound inquiries into booked estimate calls, and to make sure every client who contacts us feels taken care of. Day to day that looks like: Answering all inbound calls, texts, and emails during business hours Qualifying new leads and collecting complete information Booking estimate calls on the Estimate Coordinator's calendar Routing calls to the right team member Handling client service inquiries and resolving issues Documenting every interaction in our CRM (Service Autopilot for now) You will work Monday through Friday. You will be measured mainly on two things: your booking rate (target 60%+) and your show rate (target 95%+). What We Are Looking For We hire on attitude and communication skills first. Industry experience second. You are a great fit if you: Communicate clearly and confidently on the phone Stay calm under pressure and with frustrated callers Are organized, detail-oriented, and document everything Want to be part of a fast-growing, professional company Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with real performance targets No landscaping industry experience required.
