In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their experience is positive, efficient, and memorable. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person at the front desk Manage appointment scheduling, verifcation of information among other things Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing different softwares and office management systems Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations Assist with customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of phone etiquette and professionalism Support office management duties such as organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area Bilingual communication skills are a plus to effectively assist diverse clientele Requirements Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong office management skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems like QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Prior clerical experience in the pet field is a plus but not required If you are interested in this position please come to 2420 N Jackrabbit Ave Tucson, AZ 85745 (yes, formerly Central Pet) fill out an application.
