Seeking a self-motivated, career-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Western Gold team. The CSR will support the service needs of the clients as well as support our producer sales agents to meet the sales/marketing agency goals. Our agency works with our top 100+ insurance carriers which initiates a high call volume. The CSR must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and stay organized, provide follow-up, be courteous and deliver positive customer experience with every call. Responsibilities Service existing personal lines accounts across multiple carriers Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions when appropriate Support agents with quoting and new business opportunities Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner Make outbound calls for service, retention, and light sales opportunities Process payments when needed Help maintain accurate and organized client records Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high level of service Requirements Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (personal lines), customer service or related roles; training will be provided for specific industry requirements. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Comfortable handling both service and light sales responsibilities Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, agency systems, etc.) Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish) but not mandatory Active Property & Casualty License mandatory
