Job Description
Seeking Customer Experience Associates to serve as day-to-day ambassadors of Martinizing Dry Cleaners. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and positive customer experience from start to finish. Duties include both in person and over the phone customer service with additional tasks including data entry of garment description in computer, inspecting and packaging finished product and scanning and filing away finished items. This role is fast-paced and detail oriented. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and service oriented. Previous customer experience required.
Duties:
Customer Experience- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism. Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through digital communication Proactive Mindset
- Listening carefully to customer needs and helping identify the best services for them. Problem solving to meet unique customer needs. Detail Oriented
- Entering garment information accurately into our computer system. Inspecting finished garments for quality before returning them to customers. Packaging completed orders with care and attention to detail. Organizing and filing completed orders for quick retrieval. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house. Communication and Teamwork
- Working together with teammates to ensure every customer receives outstanding service. Service Knowledge
- While not required prior to onboarding, work to become an expert in all company services, including dry cleaning, wash and fold, laundry, alterations, pickup and delivery, and speciality care cleanings.
