Job Description

AVN Motorsports is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Specialist . If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have sales experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Recommend and sell tires and related services based on customer needs Prepare estimates, invoices, and process payments Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians Provide updates to customers regarding their vehicles and orders Maintain an organized and professional front desk area Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required Automotive or tire industry experience preferred Strong communication and sales skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic computer and data entry skills Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
