Job Description

We're seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide product and service information, resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency, and help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with others. You should feel confident troubleshooting, asking questions, and advocating for customers when needed. If you love problem‑solving and building relationships, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Build trust and long‑term relationships through clear, friendly communication Provide accurate and complete information using the proper tools and resources Meet individual and team goals, including sales targets and call‑handling metrics Generate sales leads when appropriate Handle customer complaints professionally and follow through to resolution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account updates Follow all communication guidelines, policies, and procedures Go the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience Required Skills & Qualifications Previous customer service or client support experience preferred Strong phone communication and active listening skills Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office practices Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities Strong multitasking, time‑management, and organizational skills Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals High school diploma or equivalent (required) Property and Casualty Insurance License (within 90 days of hire) If you're energetic, customer‑focused, and ready to grow with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
