Job Description

We are a high-volume, high-quality spay and neuter facility dedicated to providing safe, efficient surgical services to our community. In addition to spay and neuter procedures, we offer basic wellness services and walk-in illness appointments on a case-by-case basis. Our mission is to make responsible pet care affordable while maintaining exceptional standards of medicine and patient safety. We are a fast-paced, team-driven practice committed to compassionate care, efficiency, and accessibility. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, confident Client Service Representative to take primary responsibility for the front desk and daily client service operations on a part-time basis. This position serves as the central point of coordination for client communication, scheduling flow, and reception efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable guiding front desk processes in a busy, high-volume environment while maintaining a calm and compassionate presence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth client flow Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication Manage high call volume, scheduling, and appointment coordination Provide clear guidance to clients regarding services, pricing, and policies Support walk-in wellness and illness appointments as directed Train and support other reception team members as needed Handle escalated client concerns professionally and confidently Ensure accurate records, invoicing, and payment processing Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient reception area Qualifications 2+ years of veterinary CSR experience preferred Strong leadership presence and decision-making skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Highly organized and detail-oriented Confident discussing pricing and payment policies Team-focused mindset with a solutions-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Supportive, team-focused environment Predictable daytime schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in animal welfare A key role in helping make responsible pet care affordable If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of client experience and front desk operations, we would love to hear from you.
