What You'll Do As an Office Representative, you'll help create a positive experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email. Build strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service. Help schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed. Assist with policy questions, service requests, and general customer inquiries. Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available coverage options. Support agency marketing and customer outreach efforts. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
