Customer Service Representative Azusa, CA | On-Site Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Westwood Laboratories is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Azusa, CA. We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. Westwood Laboratories is a Southern California contract manufacturer specializing in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, OTC, and pet care products. Our environment is collaborative, fast-moving, challenging, and never boring. Beauty, cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or contract manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer accounts by phone and email Process customer orders, invoicing, shipment updates, and order changes through ERP systems Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Sales, and Quality teams to support customer needs Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, or shipments Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment with professionalism and urgency Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, beauty, cosmetics, OTC, or related industries ERP system experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset Why Join Westwood Laboratories?
