Customer Service Representatives work as a team to support our private practice with doctors and patients. This role ensures a smooth and efficient daily workflow to ensure positive patient outcomes while serving as a patient advocate and educator to help guide treatment planning and enhance the overall patient experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting production goals, and delivering five-star customer service from check-in to check-out. Essential Functions Maintain patient and team confidentiality while upholding all privacy standards Deliver an exceptional customer service experience at every stage of the patient visit Provide clear, courteous communication regarding appointments and next steps Assist patients with questions and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner Contribute to accurate and organized administrative processes Promote services and programs that support patients' ongoing care and overall satisfaction Respond to phone and in-person inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Proactively support patients in staying engaged with their recommended care Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, high-performing office environment Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Customer service experience (dental or healthcare preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Leader and team player Self-driven Growth Mindset Accountable Excellent communicator Strong organizational and multitasking skills Physical Demands Ability to sit up to 10 hours per day Ability to communicate up to 10 hours per day Repetitive motion (hands, typing) Handling (grasping, holding) Lifting/Carrying (up to 5 lbs) Schedule Sunday-Wednesday 4 days a week, 10 hour days Compensation $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
