$24-27/hr DOE About us Avenue 3PL is a third-party logistics warehouse in Baldwin Park, CA. We store, pick, pack and ship for e-commerce and consumer brands. Our clients trust us with their products and their customers, so the details matter. The role You will own the day-to-day relationship with our clients and run their orders from start to finish. That means answering questions, entering and double-checking orders, catching problems before the client ever sees them, and making sure what leaves the building matches what the client expects. What you'll do Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, mostly over email Enter, review and track client orders; catch errors before they ship Spot inventory or order issues early and follow them through to done Pull simple reports and flag it when the numbers look off Work with the warehouse team to keep client promises realistic

Experience Required:

1-2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role. Retail or hospitality leadership, account coordination, e-commerce ops and customer success all count. Logistics, 3PL or freight experience is a plus, not required. We can teach the logistics.
