Diamond Chevrolet in Banning is hiring an experienced Service BDC Representative to keep our service drive full. This is a high-volume phone role. You'll work our customer lists and call customers to book service appointments, and you'll use your knowledge of automotive service to explain to customers why the visit matters. If you've worked in a dealership service BDC or service drive before, you'll be up to speed quickly. What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to customers from our service lists to book appointments. These lists include due-for-service, declined repairs, recalls, lapsed customers, and new-vehicle first service. Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments in X-Time . Explain maintenance intervals, recalls, and recommended services clearly and confidently. Log every contact, note, and follow-up task in eLeads . Look up customer, vehicle, and service history in CDK . Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows. Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly. Coordinate with service advisors on shop capacity and customer needs. Meet daily call, appointment, and show-rate goals.

What We're Looking For Required:

Prior automotive experience in service BDC, service advisor, service drive, or dealership call center work.

Required:

Working knowledge of automotive service, including maintenance schedules, common repairs, and recalls. Chevrolet/GM dealership experience is a plus, especially with GM recalls and maintenance schedules. Experience with CDK, eLeads, and X-Time is strongly preferred. Comfort with high outbound call volume and working toward daily goals. Clear, professional, and friendly phone presence. Strong organization and follow-through. Reliable and punctual, with weekend availability as needed.
