In this position, you will greet customers, manage garment drop‑offs and pickups, answer service questions, and ensure smooth daily operations. Previous experience working in a dry cleaning business is required. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service Process and manage garment drop‑off and pickup orders Explain services, pricing, and turnaround times Maintain an organized and clean front‑counter environment Handle payments, receipts, and order tracking Assist with garment inspection, tagging, and order preparation Communicate with the production team to ensure timely completion

Qualifications Required:
