Job Description
Job Overview Supports Company operations by maintaining front office and customer service, based on the noted responsibilities below. Responsibilities Helps customers with questions regarding company product and services. Keeps track of customer correspondence and logs key account information in CRM system. Prepares quotations and follows up with customers and prospects. Enters customer orders into ERP system and submits order acknowledgements. Supports the company's quality policy and quality objectives by: accurately entering orders into ERP system, submitting order acknowledgements to customers with correct ship-by-dates, continually exceeds customer expectations by providing excellent customer service, and explores opportunities to continually improve and streamline job responsibilities. Accepts ownership for new and different requests. Helps maintain a safe working environment. Keeps company's' and customer information confidential. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Strong listening, communicating, and customer service skills. Motivation and ability to learn about our company's industry and products Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions. Works well with others and helps foster a supportive work environment.
