Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Assist customers in selecting paints, brushes, and other supplies for their projects Offer guidance on painting techniques and studio policies to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio areas, including work stations and display shelves Manage transactions accurately at the point of sale, including sales, refunds, and memberships Encourage creativity by engaging with guests and sharing information about available projects and events Ensure safety protocols are followed to create a secure environment for all visitors Requirements Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
