Seeking an Customer Enrollment Representative we are opening the role for individuals seeking a position to stand out and work hard. A Customer Enrollment Representative promotes client products, manages customer acquisitions, and handles tasks for enrichment in outreach services. We promote a motivational work environment for productivity across the board and encourage strong values within our team. Managing Customer Enrollment Representative in Northern California is our biggest focus when it comes to coaching individuals on making connections, working with customers, and providing the best service possible. As a Customer Enrollment Representative one would learn skills to conduct meaningful conversations while handling customers' questions and concerns. Valuing an outstanding work ethic our Customer Enrollment Representatives will be provided effective training, coaching on customer service, and opportunities for advancement within and outside of our organization. What you'll do as an Customer Enrollment Representative Meet with customers to explain available programs, services, and enrollment opportunities Guide customers through the processes while helping them identify the best options for their needs Build strong relationships through friendly, professional, and informative customer interactions Collaborate with teammates to create a seamless customer experience Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach activities Learn performance analytics and sales strategies to support personal and team success Present products and services confidently while identifying solutions that best fit each customer Represent the company professionally at Customer Enrollment events and customer engagement opportunities Skills and Qualifications Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Must be at least 18 years of age Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset Positive attitude with a dependable work ethic Driving to make an impact, building meaningful connections, and growing a career in customer outreach and sales, the Customer Enrollment Representative role offers all.
