Answers questions over the phone when our VIP guests call. Enhance our customers overall casino experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests by following the Casino's R.I.C.H. core values (Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Humility). Assists our guests in determining whether they are eligible to receive a promotional invite. Answers phone calls from our VIP guests. Assists our guests with their room reservations. Ensure all guest information is entered correctly in database while following department policies. Maintain the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive issues. Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions. May assist with special events and promotions as required. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have flexibility in terms of scheduling and taking on overtime if necessary. A good attendance record must be maintained. Education and/or Experience Three months related experience and/or training; high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must be able to work independently, and with little to no supervision. Must be able to communicate with our VIP guests and explain why they have not received certain mailers. Must have basic experience with Microsoft Office. Age Requirement Must be at least 21 years of age. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License.
