Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Animal Customer Care Associate positions in Buellton, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, product guidance, and order support to clients, veterinarians, and medical professionals
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and text with clear and professional communication
  • Recommend animal wellness and nutritional products using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Manage client accounts, maintain relationships, and conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of equine, canine, feline, or animal health products and the animal care industry
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

    Pay Details:
