The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. Confirming truck schedule with carriers and customers via email or phone. Responsibilities Transcribe and type information from various sources into digital formats. Communicate with customer's on truck schedule Collect and organize data for entry into systems, ensuring completeness and correctness. Filing Assist with administrative duties as needed to support team operations. Skills Proficient in typing with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective information sharing. We will offer training on our computer system and anything else. As long as you have desire to learn we will offer support.
