As a startup, we've created a cutting-edge indoor golfing facility that caters to golfers of all levels — from beginners to seasoned pros. We are proudly partnered with Titleist and Wellput which elevates the indoor golfing experience.

to provide a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment where golfers can sharpen their skills, host memorable events, and connect with a like-minded community. •Overview• We're looking for an outgoing, reliable, and friendly team member to join our indoor golf simulator & café! This position combines front desk hosting and barista service — perfect for someone who enjoys people, coffee, and a fun social environment. You'll be the first impression of our business and help create a great experience for every guest who walks in.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests and check them into their simulator bay Teach customers how to use the golf simulators Clean guest clubs and prep bays between groups Take orders and prepare coffee, food, and beverages (including beer and wine). Use Square POS to process orders and reservations Answer phones and help with bookings Keep the facility clean and organized Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages; must comply with California alcohol service regulations. (RBS certification required within 30 days of hire)

What We're Looking For:

Friendly personality and strong customer service skills Adaptable and able to adjust to changing situations Able to troubleshoot issues independently Able to multitask and work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Comfortable talking with customers and explaining things Reliable and punctual Hospitality, barista, restaurant, or retail experience preferred (not required) Interest in golf or coffee is a plus!
