Customer Service Associate

• Job Overview:

• Patriot Portable Restrooms is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the Carlsbad area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting and problem solving any issues customers may have, and work collaboratively with other Customer Service Associates, Sales Representatives and Sales/Office Managers. This is an in-person position. Work hours are from 7am-3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch.

• Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
• Providing accurate information about our products and service areas
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
• Record customer interactions and responses in our internal software for tracking and analysis.

• Experience:

• Background in customer service preferred but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Active listening and communication skills
