We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to our community.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:15 AM - 5:15

PM Responsibilities:

Answer and manage high-volume inbound patient calls Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries Route messages appropriately through Epic EMR Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times Assist with general front office/call center duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous medical call center or medical office experience preferred Strong medical terminology knowledge required Experience with Epic EMR required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
