GP Client Strat Team is hiring for a Customer Support Representative to assist our AT&T customer outreach and service team's initiatives throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers learn more about AT&T products and services. As a Customer Support Representative , you will work directly with customers to help oversee AT&T account issues. The Customer Support Representative will answer questions, assist with customer needs, and help create a positive experience during every interaction. Customer Support Representative:
Communicate directly with customers regarding AT&T products, services, and account troubleshooting. Assist customers by answering questions and providing accurate information about available service options. Build positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions. Maintain a positive customer experience by listening to customer needs and providing appropriate support. Work closely with Customer Support Representative team members to achieve daily goals and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills. Qualifications Needed to be a
Customer Support Representative:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience is helpful but not required. Reliable, professional, and eager to grow within a team-oriented environment.
Pay:
$4,100.00 - $4,900.00 per month
