Base Salary:
Starting $60,000 Per Year + Monthly Performance Bonuses ???? Full-Time | In-Office Position Zach Insurance Agency is growing and looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. Whether you are already a licensed Property & Casualty Agent or have insurance experience and are looking to grow your career, we would love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work directly with new and existing clients, helping them find the right insurance solutions while building long-term relationships and contributing to the growth of our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Quote and sell Personal and Commercial Insurance products
  • Follow up with new leads and existing clients
  • Review customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure the best options for clients
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, and customer service requests
  • Meet individual and team production goals

REQUIREMENTS
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Active California Property & Casualty License preferred but not required
  • Candidates willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License will also be considered

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
