Job Description

Customer Service Specialist We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience Process and manage customer orders accurately, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, including handling return claims and difficult customer situations Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding order status, product information, and issue resolution Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy Participate in and support company representation at trade shows and industry events, including out-of-state travel (4-6 times annually) Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to effectively serve a diverse customer base
Qualifications:
