Customer Service Representative Nachi America Inc. - Cerritos, CA $21.00 per hour | Full-Time | On-Site Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and being the go-to person for solving problems? Nachi America Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cerritos, California. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order processing, product inquiries, pricing, delivery updates, and general customer support. We're looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do Process and confirm customer orders received via email and other channels Verify product availability and pricing Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, shipments, and delivery status Handle customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturing partners regarding quotes and order fulfillment Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support Ensure customer information and order records are accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, or order management is a plus
