Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy team in California through responsive communication and accurate order handling. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, coordinating appointments, and managing details across phone, email, and internal systems. The role requires a detail-oriented communicator who can provide a positive customer experience while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with accuracy and a service-focused approach.
  • Place outbound calls as needed to confirm details, provide updates, and support ongoing customer requests.
  • Process customer orders and enter information into internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments while ensuring all relevant parties receive timely updates.
  • Handle email communication promptly, clearly, and in a manner that supports strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain organized records through consistent data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Assist showroom visitors by answering questions, providing guidance, and creating a welcoming experience.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare, update, and manage routine customer service documentation and tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
