This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and client service expertise while making a meaningful impact every day. Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions Assist clients with product or service information, guiding them through processes with clarity and confidence Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services Create work orders Experience Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong asset, especially proficiency in English and additional languages Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills are essential for daily tasks Quickbooks Experience in outbound calling, client services, or sales will enhance your effectiveness in this role Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette to foster trust and rapport Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for helping others meets your talent for communication.
