The Role:
What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our business and the quarterback of our service pipeline. You bridge the gap between our clients and our master technicians, turning a stressful day (a broken car) into a world-class hospitality experience. Be the Hero of the
Drive:
Greet guests warmly, listen intently to their concerns, and set the stage for an effortless service visit.
Translate & Document:
Accurately capture vehicle symptoms on repair orders, occasionally hitting the road for a quick test drive with a client to experience the issue firsthand.
Advise, Don't Sell:
Use your expertise and vehicle histories to educate clients on manufacturer-recommended maintenance, helping them protect their investment long-term. Own the
Communication:
Provide transparent, accurate estimates for parts and labor. No surprises—you'll keep clients fully informed with daily status updates and secure proper approvals before a single wrench turns.
Drive Efficiency:
Manage the lifecycle of the repair order from the first handshake to the final invoice, collaborating closely with technicians to hit your "promised times."
Who You Are A Master Communicator:
You can explain complex mechanical concepts in plain, friendly English, and you know how to make people feel heard.
Detail-Oriented & Organized:
You thrive when multitasking, keeping repair orders, parts pricing, and service menus accurate and organized.
Team-First Mindset:
You enjoy collaborating with a tight-knit crew of technicians and advisors to get the job done right the first time.
