Dispatch Location:
Chino, CA Schedule:
Part-Time (Schedule to be determined) Initial training will be part-time (4-6 hours per day for the first few days)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service professional to support order desk, administrative, logistics, and dispatch functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling customer interactions via phone, email, and in person Managing order desk operations and administrative support tasks Filing and front desk coverage as needed Coordinating shipping and logistics for parcels, LTL, and FTL shipments Creating and managing Bills of Lading (BOL) Communicating with LTL brokers and shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, and others) Calculating shipping costs and assisting with rate inquiries Supporting dispatch and shipment tracking activities
Preferred Experience:
Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with shipping processes including parcels, LTL, and FTL Familiarity with BOL creation and logistics coordination Comfortable communicating with carriers and freight brokers Front desk, filing, or administrative support experience is a plus
