What You'll Do As a Mold Inspector , you'll be the trusted expert clients rely on to assess their homes and businesses. You're not just inspecting—you're educating, problem-solving, and delivering peace of mind. Conduct full property inspections (interior & exterior) to detect mold and moisture issues Perform air and surface testing (Spore Trap, swab/tape sampling, InstaScope analysis) Use advanced tools like moisture meters, hygrometers, and thermal imaging cameras Clearly explain findings to clients in a simple, professional way Create detailed reports with photos, findings, and customized remediation plans Provide accurate treatment estimates using proprietary Dry Fog technology Document all activity in company CRM software Travel to residential & commercial sites throughout the day What You Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical skill with strong communication—a true field professional.

Preferred Experience:

Mold, home, or property inspection background Certifications such as NORMI or Micro (a plus) Experience with moisture detection and air sampling equipment Understanding of home construction and building systems

Must-Haves:

Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and tight environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical fieldwork Strong communication and report-writing skills Valid driver's license & ability to travel locally Tech-savvy (smartphone/tablet/laptop use for reporting) Commitment to honest, science-based recommendations Why Join Us?
